1974:
Transferred to Toronto. Obtained Broker's license in Ontario.
1974-1975:
Regional Sales Manager - Toronto.
1975 – 1976:
Regional Sales Manager - Ontario
1976 – 1978:
Temporary appointment for two years as National Manager of Education and a role
in national promotion. Set up trainers and training programs across the country
for a sales force of 4500.
1978 – 1985:
General Manager - Ontario.
December 1985:
Merger of Canada Permanent Trust with Canada Trust.
1986 – 1989:
Appointed Vice President of Ontario East. Responsible for 43 branch offices with
1150 salespeople.
1989:
Purchased MacKenzie & Gallinger Real Estate Ltd.
1990:
Opened Durham branch. Became #1 broker in Durham in the first year.
1990 – 1993:
Operated as selling broker. Company gained a 50% share of the sales reported
by the seven brokers in town.
1994:
Turned the operation over to Royal City Realty franchise and am employed as an
Associate Broker. This enables me to devote all my efforts and time to listing
and selling real estate.
1994 – 1997:
Consistently earned a position in the "Top Ten" of all Royal City sales staff.
1998 – 2008
Company became affiliated with Royal Lepage Network.
Earned President's Gold and Director's Platinum Awards.
